Introduction to Food Safety

HLTFSE005 – Apply & Monitor Food Safety Requirements

HLTFSE005 covers how to monitor and control food safety hazards and respond to non-conformance in health and community services (e.g. childcare, aged care, hospitals).

HLTFSE007 – Oversee the Day-to-Day Implementation of Food Safety in the Workplace

HLTFSE007 covers the skills and knowledge required to supervise the day-to-day implementation of the food safety program across the entire business, process or food handling area.
