This course will introduce you to the essentials of providing awesome customer service. You will learn how to sell, up sell and cross sell. You will also learn how to turn a customer complaint into a sales opportunity. This course describes a high-level customer service skill for those working within the service industries and applies to the full range of tourism and hospitality, retail and personal services,  including those involved in food and beverage service, housekeeping, and front office. This is a non-accredited course but you will receive a completion certificate.
