You will also learn how to turn a customer complaint into a sales opportunity. This course describes a high-level customer service skill for those working within the service industries and applies to the full range of tourism and hospitality, retail and personal services, including those involved in food and beverage service, housekeeping, and front office. This is a non-accredited course and you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
