Health and Community Food Supervisor online course.
HLTFSE007 covers the skills and knowledge required to supervise the day-to-day implementation of the food safety program across the entire business, process or food handling area.
It involves supporting others to implement the requirements of the food safety plan in the Community and Health Service industries. For example, child care, aged care, hospitals, meals on wheels, etc. It is one of three units of competency that make up the food safety supervisor qualification in the Health and Community sector.

Plus the food safety meeting, and the completion of the supervisor report. Please read the assessment tab carefully for more information. No need to finish the course in one session! You have 4 weeks from the date of enrolment to complete your course. After that, your course will expire, and you will not be able to access it. There are no refunds if you do not complete the course within the given time frame.
