While there is a time limit on your enrolment period to complete a course (these details are available on each course information page on our website), you do not need to sit and take the entire course in one sitting. You can log on and log off as many times as you like. The LMS will remember where you’re up to. Refer to the individual course, for requirements.

You do not need to install software, so it does not matter which type of computer/device you use, as long as it connects to the internet. While our Learning Management System is mobile compatible, it is not the most user friendly and can be a little fiddley to use; therefore, we recommend using either a computer/laptop or tablet to complete your online training.

All CTW courses are broken down into multiple easy-to-manage sections. At the end of each section is an assessment. Please read the How Will I Be Assessed on your desired course information page on our website for more details on assessment.

Assessment details for each course are clearly listed on each course pages under the tab heading How Will I Be Assessed?. Each course contains online assessments which includes a cluster of multiple-choice questions along with various other assessment types. Please read the assessment tab for your desired course. There are NO refunds if you fail to read how the assessment component works and is conducted.

At the end of each set of questions, you will be given a summary of the questions you answered incorrectly. If you answered any questions incorrectly, you will need to redo the whole assessment for that section again and answer all questions correctly before you can move onto the next section.

For the following course, you are limited to a maximum of three attempts per assessment type:

  • RSA NSW
  • RSA Victoria
  • Licensee Training
  • Advanced Licensee Training

These rules are stipulated by the Office of Liquor and Gaming New South Wales and Liquor Control Victoria.

It should be notes that there are circumstances where additional attempts will be granted based on certain circumstances which will provide grounds for reasonable accommodation.

If you have any questions about this, please email Clear to Work Student Support – support@cleartowork.com.au.

The enrolment period varies for each course. Please refer to the course information page to learn more about the enrolment period for your desired course. At the end of your enrolment period, your course will expire, and you will no longer be able to access it. There are no refunds if you do not complete the course within the time frame given.

There are circumstances where reasonable adjustments can be made to your enrolment period without incurring any additional cost. If you feel you need an extension to complete your training due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out to our Student Support Team via email – support@cleartowork.com.au and we can help you navigate the process.
