Please make sure your address on your student account is up to date to ensure your card is sent to the correct place. There are no refunds if your card is sent to the wrong address based on your student account. If you need to update your address on your student account, please email support@cleartowork.com.au for assistance.
Statement of Attainment cards are posted via Australia Post. Please know that we have no control over Australia Post delivery times (as much as we wish we did!), so please allow 10+ business days for delivery.
